Demand for lease apartment continues to growth with the absorption of 118 unit apartment both in primary and secondary areas. These numbers comprise of 58 units in CBD and 60 units in secondary areas.
With stable demand, average occupancy level increased by 1.31% to 72.79%. Occupancy level in CBD locations reach 76.60%, an increased of 0.96% in comparison to past quarter. In secondary areas, occupancy level improved by 0.78% to 74.31%.

The absorption rate of condominium units continues to growth supported by lower interest rate and the launch of new projects. We recorded that a total of 2,121 units sold, comprise of 358 units from existing projects and 1,763 from under constructions projects.
The overall absorption rates of condominium remained stable at 76.94%, due to bulk new launched of pre construction projects. Absorption rate of existing condominiums increased slightly by 0.60% to an average of 95.48%. Under construction projects recorded at 53.87%, down by 0.91% over previous quarter due to new supplies of pre constructions during the quarter.

Under better macro economic condition and the increasing of people purchasing power, demand for retail spaces continues to growth. Leasing transactions were noted mostly at new retail spaces. A total of 33,600 sqm of retail spaces were taken up during this quarter, an increased of 139.1% in comparison to previous quarter. Total leased space as of second quarter of 2010 increased to 3.12 million square meters.
